What can be constructed with the I.C.S. System?
Houses

The I.C.S. System is an industrialized system for the construction of houses. The cost of each house is inversely proportional to the number of houses built; therefore, we recommend at least 300 houses per year of 80m ² approx., to balance the investment in the acquisition of the purchase of a license for construction, equipment and machinery.
Three different methods of construction can be realised according to the I.C.S system, using different infrastructures for each of them. We classified them as: single-family; construction up to 5 floors; construction up to 11 floors.
The facades of the buildings of the I.C.S. construction system can be seen concrete or ventilated facade. The maximum depth is of 35m depending on structural model:
Types of ground or land to construct with the I.C.S. System
In order to construct with the I.C.S. System, a site or sites is necessary in which to install the necessary logistic and infrastructure.
It is ideal for partial plans, to combine buildings of houses with leisure constructions, industrial estates or isolated warehouses, sports enclosures, schools, etc.
Dividing construction is very expensive with the I.C.S. System and so we did not advise it.
