I.C.S. in construction
The I.C.S. System is related to the automated construction of buildings of single-family and multifamily houses, industrial warehouses, sports enclosures, schools, etc., allowing its application, the streamlining of the formation and construction process based on some structural concepts different from the conventional ones. Directly, the application of system I.C.S., in construction, allows the obtaining of majors benefits and guarantees, for the constructor, as well as for the final buyer of a house. Eliminating, in addition, many habitual risks in construction.
The structures constitute a fundamental element to secure the necessary security of the constructions that in them are sustained, as much of construction as of civil engineering, and consequently that of the users who use them.
The I.C.S. System is developed by means of the use of Autocompact Concrete. The autocompact concrete is defined as a concrete that has a significantly high fluidity, with great resistance to segregation during its transport and positioning, which can be cast into narrow moulds and densely armed areas without applying vibration.
When suppressing the vibrating phase, the concrete consolidates simply with its own weight. The advantages of the application of the I.C.S. System with autocompact concrete are:
Facility in the operation of works of concreting |
|
Better finishing of the surfaces |
 More rapid concreting |
 Less acoustic contamination |
Saving in personnel and equipment |
Optimal quality of the concreted elements |
High impermeability and durability of the structure |
