Quality in the construction, low price, economic maintenance and rapidity of delivery. The end buyer of the house has the certainty that the house he has acquired has the quality that was initially agreed. When the architect has finalized the construction project, variations are not admitted once work has begun. All the houses are equipped with heating by means of floors and radiating walls, due to which the cost in energy is minimum (optional air conditioning for a block of houses). If it has also been decided on the complete rupture of thermal bridge, the final buyer owns a house of extremely low energy, with an annual cost of hot water and heating of approximately 160€ + air conditioning of 175€/year.
