The I.C.S. System allows construction of all the necessary elements in situ. The automated system uses industrial control mechanisms, which allow the control of all the steps that occur in the construction of each building, from the concrete formulation to the amount and type of materials used, the run time and the necessary personnel in each construction.

The I.C.S. System guarantees that the projects will not be manually modified once the construction is initiated, thus the team of architects can, at any moment, verify the correct progress of the project and do verifications from their computers, without needing to be at the construction site.

The I.C.S. System always uses autocompact concrete due to its properties and to not needing vibration.

It’s curing is always done in maximal conditions of humidity and optimal temperature so that it’s setting is equal, independent of the country or the season of the year in which one is. With these parameters, the application of the Know-how of the I.C.S system obtains curing of concrete, which in 4 hours is ready for unmoulding (its setting is the conventional one in 28 days).
